Petra is a breathtaking place and I'm so happy we could share this ancient part of the world with Mike, Janice, and Granny.
The adventurous spirit of Indiana Jones must still live here because Granny and Janice hopped right up onto a couple camels for a bumpy ride. And don't forget the donkey and carriage ride too!
Although you are constantly being bombarded with people young and old trying to sell you some postcards or a necklace, it is hard not to enjoy the majestic carvings.
The narrow siq opens up to one of the best, and first views of Petra: the Treasury.
My all time favorite picture of the whole trip. You just can't help but smile with him! :)
I could take photos of camels for a living, i think. You almost want to kiss that face too, don't you?

Janice and I ran all over the ruins of the temple and found some incredible things.
